                TERMS AND CONDITIONS/WAIVER AND INDEMNITY SUMMARY</h1>

                    <strong>Important Information:</strong>
                    <ul>
                        <li><strong>Application must be made at least 2 weeks</strong> prior for new enrolment,
                            change of address, others amendment and is subject to acceptance by Season Bus Services
                            Co. Pte. Ltd.</li>
                        <li>Season Bus reserves the right to reject applications without giving any reason whatsoever.
                            Approvals for applications are granted at the sole discretion of Season Bus. Some
                            of the factors that will be taken in consideration include the availability of seats
                            for the relevant bus route and whether the application is for one-way or two-way
                            bus service.</li>
                        <li>Upon acceptance of your application, Season Bus will provide your child with bus
                            service subject to the Bus Service Terms & Conditions.</li>
                        <li>Only students whose applications have been accepted are permitted to use the bus
                            service.</li>
                        <li>In the interest of maintaining the best possible service, <strong>Season Bus reserves
                            the right to change a bus route when required.</strong> If a change of route is
                            required, prior notice will be given.</li>
                        <li>The Parents shall indemnify Season Bus on all proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities,
                            injury, death, loss or damage arising out of the breach or negligent performance
                            of failure in performance by the Parents and/or the Student of the Terms & Conditions.</li>
                        <li>Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury, Season Bus shall be
                            under no liability to the Student and/or the Parents in respect of any loss or damage
                            which may be suffered, or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in
                            respect of the provision of the Bus Service, or in respect of a failure or omission
                            on the part of Season Bus to comply with its obligations under the Terms & Conditions.</li>
                        <li>In the event of any emergency, Season Bus shall arrange such medical attention for
                            the child/children as may be reasonable and available in the circumstances and the
                            Parents to undertake all medical and hospital fees and incidental charges in respect
                            of medical attention given to the child/children and to reimburse Season Bus for
                            any such fees and charges and all incidental costs and expenses which may have been
                            paid.</li>
                        <li>For late/non-payment of bill, Season Bus may, at our discretion, suspend, restrict
                            or terminate the service that we provide to you and charge you administrative fees
                            and/or late payment interest. If we claim against you for failing to pay the bill,
                            you are liable for all our legal, administrative and other costs. </li>
                        <li>Season Bus or the Parents may terminate the Bus Service by giving <strong>1 month’s</strong>
                            written notice to the other. <strong>No refund will be made for student whom is on suspension
                                or vacation.</strong></li>
                        <li>Rates subject to prevailing taxes set by the Singapore Government.</li>
                        <li>Residences located within the ERP zones will be subject to prevailing rates.</li>
                        <li>Full version of Bus Service Terms & Conditions and the Bus Regulations is available
                            upon request by email to Season Bus.</li>
                        <li>If there are any enquiries, you may refer to the list of ‘Frequently Asked Questions’
                            provided by Season Bus. This list can be assessed at Season Bus’s website: www.seasonbus.com.
